The pouch fits right into my usual container and the ginseng gives me a steady lift without any jitters. I've been drinking it before my afternoon workouts and my stamina feels noticeably better.

This refill tastes clean with no weird aftertaste, and the cordyceps and ginseng combo actually gives me steady energy through my afternoon workouts without jitters. Packaging was simple and sealed well, so I didn't have to worry about freshness.

The first time I cycled after switching to this, I genuinely noticed the difference in my stamina—no jitters, just steady energy that carried me through the whole ride. It’s got no artificial sweeteners, and the earthy, mushroom-forward taste actually grew on me fast.
