The earthy kick from the cordyceps blends surprisingly well with the coffee, so I don’t feel like I’m choking down a supplement. I’ve swapped my afternoon cup for this and notice I’m not crashing as hard before my evening workout.
I’ve been drinking a cup about 40 minutes before my afternoon workout, and the cordyceps plus ginseng combo seems to give me a steadier push without the jitters I get from regular coffee. It dissolves clean with no weird aftertaste, and I actually look forward to it now.
The mix is subtle enough that I don't taste any earthiness from the cordyceps, which was my main worry. Two weeks in, my afternoon slumps are noticeably lighter and I actually look forward to my second cup. Nice that there's no artificial sweetener in the blend either.
